To participate in the contest just capture a picture while making the most creative jumping moves on a bed. Touching the bed in the moment of jumping is not allowed. The bed does not have to be a hotel bed. In case it is a hotel bed, there is no need to book it through HRS.

After uploading, the picture gets rated by other users.

Every user may vote once for a picture. Trying to manipulate the ratings, we reserve the right to exclude you from the contest.

HRS assumes no liability for injuries or any damage suffered in the hotel caused by taking part at the Bed-Jumping contest.

Do not upload pictures of third persons. Do not upload nude shots. Uploading any unlawful or illegal content that might impinge upon someone's rights is prohibited. If we take notice of any content mentioned above, we reserve the right to exclude you from the contest and to take legal steps.

By Uploading of your pictures you accept the following terms and conditions

1. You warrant, that any material sent by you is free of third party rights (including, but not limited to copyrights and trademark rights) and is strictly in compliance with applicable law. You shall hold harmless HRS from all claims raised by third parties (and lawyers and court fees) in view of the material. In particular you warrant, that the individuals shown on the material agreed to the publication of the material.

2. You agree to the publication of the material in all known kinds of use. For this purpose you grant to HRS and third parties chosen by HRS a license unlimited in terms of duration, territory and nature. In parallel you waive your right in being named as the copyright owner.

3. HRS at its sole discretion retains the right, not to publish any material and/or to delete or destroy the material without prior notice. You agree, that we provide the data available to us to third parties in case of alleged claims by said third parties.
